The USTFU office received from the UST Office of the Secretary General, a memorandum reaffirming the University of Santo Tomas’ commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all members of the Thomasian community through enhanced active threat preparedness and emergency response measures.

The memorandum provides guidance on the “Avoid–Deny–Defend” response principles, emergency reporting procedures, and the roles and responsibilities of University stakeholders during active threat incidents, with corresponding infographics attached for easier reference.

All Thomasians are strongly encouraged to read and familiarize themselves with these protocols and to remain vigilant, cooperative, and prepared in promoting the safety and well-being of the entire University community.
