OFFICIAL STATEMENT: USTFU Rejects Downward Wage Adjustment The UST Faculty Union (USTFU) strongly opposes RTWPB-NCR’s Wage Order No. 28, which reduces the P85 minimum wage raise secured under Wage Order No. 27 to just P60. Rolling back workers’ wage gains during severe economic pressure is socially unjust and undermines non-diminution of benefits.
